Option 1

2 Week Therapy Course – €1200

Week 1 Strength & Conditioning

Week 2 S & C with Biomechanics and Movement

This course we prefer and we get the best results with. New clients must do a 2 week Therapy Course before other options become Available.

 Option 2

1 Week Therapy Course – €600

S & C with Biomechanics and Movement

This is a good way to BOOST training and allows us to re assess and change the home programme before we get stale.

  • We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

  • Courses are confirmed once deposit is taken and confirmation Email has been sent confirming when the course is from and to. Deposits are to hold the space and are non refundable, but can be carried over to another course if more than 6 weeks notice is given. we will also consider special circumstances for a change to this policy

  • Courses need to be paid a minimum of 4 weeks prior to course starting. This is to allow us the opportunity to offer up the course to someone else if your unable to attend.
